         Our Adoption Law has been corrected,but it is not perfect.There are still some problems that need standardization in practice. So it is quite necessary to relax the adoption prerequisites, perfect the adoption procedure, add the adoption rescission system, make the right relief detailed and strengthen the penalty against Adoption Law.

            我国现行《收养法》虽然经过修改,但还不尽完善,在实践中也存在一些需要进一步规范的问题。放宽收养条件,完善收养程序,增设收养撤销制度,细化权利救济措施,加大对违反《收养法》行为的处罚力度势在必行。
